Sorry, but what is wrong with having a 13 year old friend over the internet? I'm turning 15 soon and I have tons of friends in their thirties and a few in their fifties
so I see nothing wrong with that.

As for the video, think about that he's just trying to be friendly. If you don't want to be friends block him and tell him why, don't make a video on the forums saying somebody is sad for calling you on skype.
