You should know how tough it is to actually code these fixes.
The BGS can be fixed by merely reducing it's stats in item.cfg
Similar with the AGS

Guthan's spear can be fixed same as tge AGS and BGS
The specs can be added but the problem is you can't copy a snipper for a 614 cause they mostly already have them. So I guess that you have to look at a 314 for reference
Barrows set effects is also verrry complicated and unneeded.
Teletabs won't make a difference in panic teleing, but make it easier.
Void effects are a needed, the coding would be difficult though.
DDS DEFINETELY needs to be fixed, same way as Guthan's Spear, AGS and BGS
Whip is just perfect, I think the spec might've been defined to do damage instead of drain run energy,
Dupes will be fixed following the reset if there is one
